Might be the only time a group of ladies from Cheam get introduced as 'trailblazing women of the city' on the ITV News at 6pm... but we have spent an awesome day representing She-Sings, a women's choir in Cheam, who were proud, and privileged, to be invited to join the Music in Offices' International Women's Day Celebration.
Starting in Leadenhall Market, 100 strong women sang 'We Broke the Mould' and 'March of the Women' before walking together - stopping at the Guildhall and Postman's Park for a rendition of 'I am Woman' - before our finale at Paternoster Square where we heard excerpts from the City of Women and sang 'Sisters are Doing it for Themselves' .
The awe inspiring day was finished with tea and macaroons and an unexpected tour inside Temple Bar Gate.
What a Day.
To all of you of the 'fairer' sex... let's all stand together: 'I am Strong, I am Invincible, I am Woman'.
